Bianca D. Evans, Ph.D., M.B.A., is committed to increasing the access, retention, and success of students that have been historically underrepresented or marginalized in higher education. Dr. Evans has spent the last 15 years focusing on college access and success for undergraduate and graduate students. She is currently an Associate Dean focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of Florida and is an Educational Consultant.

 

​Dr. Evans received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Tuskegee University (2006), a Master of Science in Biology from Alabama A&M University (2008), a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology from Auburn University (2014), and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University (2019). She has earned a certificate in Program Evaluation from Auburn University (2013) and attended IECA's Summer Training Institute for educational consultants in 2016. 

 

Dr. Evans is founder of Education is my Destiny. Her goal is to make Education Attainable for All. She attends numerous professional conferences throughout the year and spends a significant amount of time touring college campuses, meeting with admissions officers and networking with other professionals in the field. Dr. Evans is passionate about working with students to help them achieve their greatest potential. As a college consultant, she uses her educational background to connect with students and assist them as they embark on the next step of their educational journeys. She employs a student-centered approach to educate about colleges and admissions, to inspire students to dream and work for their goals, and to empower them to find the right college fit.
